This graphite drawing focuses on joy as a powerful form of human expression. Using expressive line work and strong tonal contrast, I sought to capture a fleeting, unguarded moment rather than a static portrait. The visible pencil marks and loose rendering reflect the energy and movement of laughter, emphasizing emotion as something felt, released, and shared.
